Building owners can get a water saving kit from the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). Each kit contains easy to install water-saving items such as low-flow showerheads, faucet aerators, toilet accessories, and leak detector dye tablets.
Kit Request Guidelines:
- Each address can receive one single kit within a three-year period. Each kit is sufficient for two bathrooms
- Kits will not be provided in bulk
- DEP will not mail kits to individual apartments in a multifamily building, neither on behalf of nor in response to a request from the building owner
You must provide your block and lot number or your Department of Environmental Protection water and sewer billing account number.
The Bureau of Customer Service Call Center will be closed on Saturday, February 21.
