The Energy Cost Savings Program (ECSP) helps businesses save money on electricity and gas.
The program offers rebates of up to:
- 45 percent on regulated electric costs
- 35 percent on regulated natural gas costs
To be eligible, your business must be:
- A non-retail commercial or industrial business
- In or moving to the five boroughs, but not Manhattan South of 96th Street
- In a newly constructed or renovated building
Strict filing deadlines apply.
These businesses are not eligible:
- Hotels
- Hospitals
- Retail businesses
- Personnel services firms
- Public benefit corporations
