You can request an appointment for an annual physical and any other medical attention your child needs to stay or get healthy.

Vaccinations are also available by appointment for children 0-2 years old at all NYC Health + Hospitals health care centers, regardless of insurance or assigned primary care provider. Vaccinations will be recorded and made available to you and your pediatrician.
