The Macy's Fourth of July fireworks show is scheduled to begin around 9:25 PM and last for about 30 minutes. The show will take place on the lower Hudson River and lower East River.
You can view the fireworks from any area with an unobstructed view of the sky above the lower Hudson River and lower East River.

Public Viewing Locations
Non-ticketed viewing locations for the public will be available along the FDR Drive in Manhattan. More information about those viewing locations will be released soon.

Spectators viewing from New York City are subject to search by NYPD, and all viewing locations are subject to change at any time by NYPD.
Ticket Lottery for Brooklyn Bridge Park and Seaport Viewing Areas
The Mayor announced a lottery for free tickets for New Yorkers to watch the Macy’s Fourth of July Fireworks from designated areas.
Public viewing in designated sections in Brooklyn Bridge Park and the Seaport will be accessible only via free tickets issued by the City of New York.

You will need to provide a name, phone number, and email to enter the lottery. Each lottery winner can bring up to 3 additional guests. Only one person per group needs to enter the lottery.
The lottery is open and will close on Monday, June 29th at 11:59 PM. Winners will be notified between Tuesday, June 30th and Thursday, July 2nd.
